Refund Policy
1. Faulty Items Upon Delivery
We will issue a refund only if there is a fault with your order upon delivery. Please send us a picture immediately upon receiving the item so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
2. No Refunds for Damages After Use:
If the jewellery becomes damaged after wearing, we will not issue a refund, as it was not in a damaged condition upon arrival.
3. 18k Gold Plated Items:
Please note that 18k gold plated items are prone to tarnishing over time. However, with proper care, these items can last longer. Detailed care instructions will be provided, but the long-term care of the jewellery is your responsibility.
4. Care Responsibility:
We are not responsible for the ongoing maintenance and safe care of your jewellery after it has been delivered.
